About our ordering process:

Filling your order
We hand process your orders instead of sending an automatic download. Your order will typically be filled in 2 to 4 hours. If you order during business hours, the order will definitely be filled before the end of the business day. If you need the order more quickly, just email sales@digitalanarchy.com. If you order while we are closed for the evening, we will fill the order when we open, which could take up to 8 hours.

Product delivery
All products are delivered electronically. What does this mean? You will receive an email with a login code, your serial numbers, and links to get the product installers, support material, and sample files.

The emails you receive
You will immediately receive an automated email that confirms your purchase. This is your sales receipt. It is NOT the email that contains your product downloads. A second email will arrive in 2 to 8 hours after you purchase. This email contains your product download information.
