Primatte looks at a tone that you have clicked on, and finds that range of color throughout the entire image you've loaded in. Then Primatte run the correction it's built to do --like extracting a tone or eliminating a tone-- on the entire photograph.
More technically: The Photoshop plugin separates color space using its patented 'Polyhedral Slicing Algorithm'. Then it blends edge objects transparently with blurred background pixels. This gives you the most sophisticated foreground/ background composite available. |
