I purchased Primatte 2.0 a few years ago. I need to run the plugin on my new Intel Mac. How can I do this?

A

Because of changes in Adobe and Apple's code, we are unable to support Photoshop CS3 or CS4 on Macintosh for Primatte 2.0 of Primatte. In July 2007, we released version 3.0 of Primatte. Primatte 3.0 does support all current and future versions of Photoshop.

To run Primatte natively on Intel Mac or in Photoshop CS3/CS4, you will need to purchase the Primatte 3.0 upgrade, which is $149 USD. You can make that purchase from our online store.

Primatte 2.0 does work in Photohsop CS3 and CS4 on Windows.

I need support for Knoll Spark Pack. How can I get a license transfer or purchase a new seat?

Effective August 2008, this product is owned by Red Giant Software. The company plans to re-release Knoll Spark Pack as Knoll Light Factory Sparks later this year. You can get the pre-Red Giant installers by contacting the company at sales@redgiantsoftware.com or going to this Support page. Red Giant will also handle any technical questions you may have.

Effective August 2008, these products are owned by Red Giant Software. While they used to be separate plugin bundles under Digital Anarchy, Red Giant has rolled the three sets into one set, called Red Giant Text Anarchy. You can get the pre-Red Giant installers by contacting the company at sales@redgiantsoftware.com or going to this Support page. Red Giant will also handle any technical questions you may have.

The company plans to re-release each product separately. 3D Assistants will be called PlaneSpace, Data Animator becomes Datamator 1.1, and Psunami Water is Red Giant Psunami. The products listed in this FAQ are actually discounted bundles of separate products.

The Chaos Suite contained 3D Assistants Pro/Lite, Geomancy and Text Anarchy. The Chaos Suite Complete contained 3D Assistants Pro/Lite, Geomancy, Text Anarchy and Anarchy Toolbox. The Nature Bundle contained Psunami Water and Aurora Sky. The 3D Tools Suite contained Psunami Water, Aurora Sky, 3D Assistants Pro/Lite and 3D Layer. The Designer Suite Pro contained Text Anarchy, Geomancy and Color Theory Pro. The Elemental Suite contained 3D Assistants Pro/Lite, Anarchy Toolbox and 3D Layer.

The Anarchist Suite changed each year as we added or dropped products. When we discontinued this bundle in July 2008, it consisted of these 9 products: 3D Assistants Pro/Lite, Anarchy Toolbox, Color Theory Pro, Geomancy, Microcosm, Psunami Water, ReSizer 2.0, Text Anarchy 2.0 and ToonIt! for Film/Video.

Effective August 2008, many of these products are owned by Red Giant Software. Please see the three FAQ's above to get answers regarding any product other than Aurora Sky and 3D Layer. You used to sell 3D Layer, which creates a 3D textured brick. I need to reinstall this product.

A

We stopped carrying 3D Layer in July 2007. Our technology partner for that product is Conoa Software. That company is still supporting and carrying 3D Layer. For current installers or development information, please visit their website at www.conoa.com. Conoa will also handle any technical questions you may have.

Q

You used to sell Aurora Sky, which creates photo-realistic skies and clouds. When I try to reinstall Aurora Sky, I am asked for a 'license number'. How do I get that? I already have the serial number.

A

We stopped carrying Aurora Sky in September 2007. The development company for that product is Digital Element. For information about its development for After Effects CS3 or Final Cut Pro support, please visit their website at www.digi-element.com. If you need older installers for Aurora, just contact us through this Request Form. Aurora requires a dual activation for both a serial number and a license number. Digital Element will handle any technical questions you may have.
