Need support for ReTimer.
Q
You used to sell ReTimer, an SD/HD retiming solution. What happened to that product?
A

We stopped carrying ReTimer SD/HD in January 2005. Unlike our other products, we were not the developers of ReTimer. We were simply resellers.
ReTimer can be purchased from REALVIZ, the software company behind Stitcher and ImageModeler. Please visit their website at www.realviz.com.

Need support for ReSizer 1.0.
A

In April 2006, we released version 2.0 of ReSizer. If you need technical support for ReSizer 1.0, there is a limit to what we can provide. We can certainly talk with you about any tech issues that you are experiencing. Pre-comping in After Effects, for instance, is always a good fix for crashes.
Because Adobe and Apple host applications have changed so drastically since ReSizer 1.0, we will not be able to fix all technical issues. You may need to pay for a version 2.0 upgrade, which is $99 USD. In order to run natively on Intel Macs, Final Cut Studio 2.0, or After Effects CS3 Mac, you will definitely need to purchase the paid upgrade. Please contact us with any questions via this Request Form.

Need support for Primatte 2.0.
A

In July 2007, we released version 3.0 of Primatte. Because of changes in Adobe and Apple's code, we are unable to support Photoshop CS3 on Macintosh for version 2.0 of Primatte. However, Primatte 3.0 does support all current and future versions of Photoshop.
To run Primatte natively on Intel Mac or in Photoshop CS3, you will need to purchase the Primatte 3.0 upgrade, which is $149 USD. You can make that purchase from our online store.
To get Primatte 2.0 support material, we have a support page. If you have any technical questions or need a resend of your serial number or a product installer, we're still here to help. Just contact us via this Request Form.
