What does 'electronic delivery' mean?

'Electronic delivery' or 'digital download' mean that our product
fulfillment is done through the internet. We send you an email that has your serial number and links to click for download.
This allows us to keep our costs down and pass
those savings along to you. Electronic delivery gets the product to you quickly – no waiting for the delivery truck! It is also environment since there's no packaging to throw away. |

How do I receive my product? Do I have to wait for you to mail a CD? I'm in a hurry.

All product fulfillment is done through email. Once you place an order, you will receive three emails. The first two emails confirm your purchase. They are automatically generated and sent to both us and you.
A third email with product information arrives within
24 hours. This email will contain links to our FTP site for
downloading the product installers and PDF manuals. It will
also contain your serial numbers to unlock the installers.

How quickly can I download my product? I am working on a tight deadline.

Your product is always sent within 24 hours. Generally we send the product email in the same business day. If you need your product sooner,
please send an email to sales@digitalanarchy.com between 9:00 am–5:00 pm Pacific time. We'll
get the product email to you more quickly.

Do you accept PO's?

Do you accept Purchase Orders? My company does not like to work with credit cards payments.

Unfortunately, we do NOT accept purchase
orders unless you are a non-profit company or an educational facility. In those cases, we will
sometimes work on a 30-day purchase order. Please use this short Request Form to contact us.

Can I get a CD mailed?

Absolutely. We can mail you
a CD with the installers, PDF manuals,
and tutorials. The shipping fee $15.00 for US

Is the product returnable?

What is your return/exchange policy? Suppose I don't like the product once I have purchased it

We do NOT issue refunds. We also don't offer platform exchanges, but will give you the second license at a 50% discount. Please go here for more information about our sales policies. Our software and support material are all available as free trial versions, so you can get to know the product before you purchase.
