We spoke with Ken Whitaker about his training comic book . "I give leadership training and I have a keynote speech entitled '7 Deadly Habits of Ineffective Software Managers'. This comic represents highlights of that presentation. We hand out the comic as a giveaway to all attendees. It serves as a reminder of the training lessons and acts as a marketing leave behind piece."

Ken explained further, "For the creation, I convert photos into cartoons using ToonIt. I use Photoshop CS4 for raster editing and conversion, then Illustrator CS4 for conversion of the drawing to vector art and touch up, plus the balloons and the text. I integrate all of the art in Adobe InDesign. The people are straight off of www.123rf.com, a royalty-free stock image house."
